ACCOMPLISHMENTS

§  Conceptualized, specified, and headed the development team for a hybrid finishing system to produce and package high page count cut sheet mailers. Mid-project enhancements realized a 30% increase in presswork efficiency over initial design and the elimination of an $800,000 auxiliary folder for a new press.

§  Developed a computer program for gathering and reporting postal reorder data from 14 ink jet equipped binding lines. This eliminated the necessity for a $250,000 equipment upgrade and yielded a more efficient system.
